  • How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

    If you have a car and are willing to drive, that’s a totally viable option. There is ample parking at the venue entrance.

    We are working on setting up a shuttle service for those who would rather not drive. We will share more details about this as we have them.

  • What should I wear?

    Think colorful cocktail. Mostly, we want you to be comfortable. Our wedding will be outdoors on a flower farm. August on the North Shore can be hot in the day and cool at night. You might want to have a layer to take off or add depending on the weather. While we want you feeling fancy and fun, we also don’t want you to trip or sink into the ground. A wedge or thick heel would be manageable, but avoid a stiletto or similar style.

  • Is this an accessible venue?

    Agate Acres is a mostly outdoor venue, but a lot of attention has been given to making the space as accessible as possible. There are flat gravel and lawn paths, well-lit spaces, and high-back chairs available. We can also arrange a pick-up or drop-off if you can’t traverse the path up to the ceremony space.

  • How can I make sure my dietary restrictions are accommodated?

    We will have plentiful omnivorous and herbivorous options. If you need a vegan or gluten free option for dinner, let us know in your RSVP. Our caterers are prepared, we just need to give them an approximate count.

  • Do you have a gift registry?

    We have been together for a long time and we have a house that we love that is full of everything we need. The gift of your presence is more than enough.

    If you simply cannot stomach the idea of not giving us a gift, we have included information about how to contribute to our honeymoon fund or donate to a charity that’s meaningful to us.

  • How do we RSVP?

  • Do I get a plus one?

    If your invitation says “and guest” you’re welcome to bring a plus one. Please include the names of all guests in your RSVP.

    If you’re having doubts or can’t tell if your plus one is welcome, contact us.

  • Are our kiddos welcome?

    Yes, you’re welcome to bring your kiddos along if you want. We ask that you give us a heads up in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly!

  • What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

    The ceremony will begin promptly at xx:xx pm. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to get settled in.

  • What if we have other questions?
